I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

You can cancel your product or order before your order is ready. Orders that are being prepared cannot be canceled and you can return the product after you receive it.

Can I Exchange the Product I Buy Online?

The product you buy over the internet cannot be exchanged.

I want to return my order, what should I do?

We expect you to notify us of your return request at info@noccasa.com. We will then direct the Cargo officer to your registered address to receive your return products. Your return process will be initiated with the delivery of the products to the officer and then reaching our warehouse.

Can I Get My Cargo Payment Back in My Return Process?

If your entire order is returned, the shipping fee will be refunded.

If you provide a partial return (if you return one or more of the products in your order and keep the others), the shipping fee is not refunded.

You can return the products you have purchased within 30 days from the invoice date.
